Meet the Office Team

Jeff earned his Bachelor's degree from California State University-Dominguez Hills. He became a member of Sussman & Associates in 2015 after spending many years with NBC Television Sales.

As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Jeff primarily works as our timeshare liaison communicating directly to timeshare developers on behalf of our clients. 

 

When not managing timeshare release, Jeff aids our attorney's in their unlawful detainer litigation. 

Yanni earned her Bachelor 's in Accounting from Tarumanagara University in Jakarta, Indonesia. She also has a Computer Certification from the Windsor Institute in Sydney, Australia.

She brings over 16 years of legal and administrative experience in office management, human resources, and accounting to the firm.

 

Additional professional background also includes work in both the banking and securities industries. 

Jake graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, San Bernadino in 2022. There he earned his Bachelors in English, with a minor in Rhetoric and Writing Studies.

 

Jake works as legal support in our office, helping prepare various letters, updating internal spreadsheets, and other data entry-type tasks.

 

For fun and relaxation, Jake enjoys playing games, hanging out with his friends, spending time with his family, and listening to music.

Dominique Hawkins is currently studying for her B.A. in Behavioral Health Sciences at Grand Canyon University.

 

Before working at Sussman & Associates, she previously operated as Chief of Staff for an agricultural company. Now she supports our team as a legal assistant who handles miscellaneous tasks.

 

In her time off, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, go to the beach, hike, and travel to new cities.

Andrea earned her Bachelor's in Political Science from the California State University-Channel Island, graduating cum laude.

 

As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Andrea's work involves communicating with timeshare companies to find a resolution for timeshare owners. 

 

When not in the office she enjoys music concerts, true crime documentaries, and spending time with family and her three rescue pets.

Raul earned his Bachelor's in Political Science from UC-Los Angeles. He was a member of the AmeriCorps-JusticeCorps, providing legal information to self represented litigants at the Pasadena Courthouse where he specialized in Unlawful Detainers, filing Ex Partes, and petitioning or responding to child custody and visitation orders.

 

Raul works in our Real Estate and Timeshare divisions. He is a licensed Public Notary and a licensed Real Estate Agent and is currently a member of the California Desert Association of Realtors. 

Angela earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, from California State University, San Bernardino.

Currently working as a legal assistant, she leverages her customer service experience to provide support in the office, including drafting letters, managing internal data, and organizing files.

​

Outside of work, Angela enjoys exploring nature, trying new food, and spending quality time with friends and family.
