Juliet was incredible to work with. She was extremely professional, attentive, knowledgeable and thorough in her work. I can’t say anything but good things about her, and I would definitely hire her again for any of my real estate needs.

I was having an issue with my HOA and sought out Sussman & Associates for some help. Juliet took on my case and was able to negotiate my issue with the HOA down a couple thousand dollars!! Throughout the whole process she explained step-by-step what was going to happen and was very blunt with the merits of my case, which I found refreshing. Juliet would always say she was “managing expectations” well… not only were my expectations managed, but they were surpassed! She was well-spoken, efficient, and a strategic thinker. Would definitely recommend Juliet to anyone in a bind with their HOA.

You know the old adage about lawyers at the bottom  of the ocean aka a good start.  Well  this lawyer won't be needing oxygen they are fantastic. Juliet's efforts were beyond my expectations . I needed a cease and desist letter the costs were reasonable. Juliet clearly is really savvy and intelligent was able draw up an amazing draft in under 24+ hours . her communication skills and knowledge of the law really made me happy I chose this office for my legal requirements . I would highly recommend .

The Newport Beach Real Estate Attorneys represented me in dispute with my HOA that initially upheld a neighbor's complaint against me, and even called the cops on me over my new choice of paint color for the exterior of my house.

It's not a glaring bright purple paint either. Just a little different from the other homes next to me. I like it and paid hard-earned money to get it have done. The police can be called by the HOA or complaining neighbor to enforce some rules, like driving too fast down or having a loud party all night. BUT, they called the cops and harassed me for my paint color! CRAZY. The Newport Beach Real Estate Attorneys slapped down and schooled my HOA and they backed off, apologized for taking the side of the complaining neighbor, and scheduled a meeting to "go over my color choice." Good news -- I talked them into letting me keep the paint job as I have it.
